Reconstruction and rejuvenation of a roofless derelict and extensively fire damaged Category B Listed building that is set in the centre of Millport on the Isle of Cumbrae. The project received a wide range of funding support, allowing the transformation of a building at risk into a vibrant mixed use community hub, which is now the home for a local museum, a library, a café, a surgery, the local council office and rooms for community use.
